Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Important: It is mandatory to record a video while opening the parcel. The video must be continuous, without pauses or cuts, and should capture the entire unboxing process. Please email the video to support@timeimpression.com.

Exempted Goods

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health and personal care items

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. If you are eligible for a return, we will process your refund once the item is inspected.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns made after 7 days from delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a 5% deduction (covering payment gateway and processing charges).

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be processing delays.
  3. If you’ve done the above and still have not received the refund, contact us at support@timeimpression.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
