Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders.
In most cases, shipments will be delivered within 4 – 6 working days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s), and the tracking number will become active within 24 – 72 hours.
Damages
If any damage occurs during transit, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery at
